Three Christmas/ Holiday Party Outfit Ideas

I think I may of nailed Christmas party outfit this year with this combo, something satiny, something velvet, red lips , red accessories and voila , I am good to go. I dont really attend much party this time of the year because, mom life. I have got two kids and night life / night parties means I have got to make arrangements for a babysitter to come around and mind the kids and if you live in London, you know how hella expansive that is. I have however managed a party or two and I thought I share what I wore with you guys incase you are luckier than I am and have loads of party but not sure what to wear. The outfit above I wore to the hubby’s  company annual christmas dinner. I love love the color and the tuck detail on the top, satin makes my face glow is another thing I have discovered. I also loved that both outfits can be worn beyond this season coz aint nobody got time or money for a one season outfit. I ordered this polka dot bow detail skirt co-ord from Mango as an alternative but you guys this outfit took its sweet time to arrive, it took over a week to arrive, I had to email customer service before it came, I couldn’t wear it for the event I had intended and may not even find another event to wear it to but it’s so gorgeous I had to play dress up with it. I paired it with this gold satin top from boohoo, Satin is definitely my thing this season, I love the gold color on my skin tone plus the sheen from Satin definitely lights up my face, I think?

If you are in a rot as to what to wear this season, guys grab a mini skirt, preferable one with a little extra detail like ruffles or bow, pair with a button up or sparkly top and finish up with thigh highs. This is fail safe I promise. The combo is just so effortless, stunning and oh so sexy. Finally the co-ord in all its glory, I don’t know if you guys can see, this picture was taken indoor under poor lighting condition but the skirt has a bow detail on it. The top style kind of reminds me of a nigerian party style called OLEKU. I decided to keep it festive by accessorizing with red lips, red shoes and earrings to match. What do you guys think? Which look is your fave? I also have more christmas party outfit ideas/haul on my youtube channel, do check it out below please.
